My 6 year old nephew screamed with delight when he saw all the figures. The few figures in the stands couldn't stand alone without leaning, but that didn't seem to bother him. I tried bending one to get more balance but the stand broke. It couldn't be glued properly, but it plays with the character. Figures on boxes can be removed from their boxes. Not very strong and flexible but I think my nephew will have a lot of fun with it and that's really all that matters in the end. Good price. It must be great to decorate a cake. Lots of options to choose from.
