I bought this and another scalp massager from another brand because they were the right color for a friend. Well, the "spikes" on this one are more durable, so I decided to try both in the shower. This one is so much better I have thick hair so it gets all over my scalp and gently exfoliates and massages my scalp, so delicious. The other one is not bad, but the massage with this one is better. I think if you have a sensitive scalp or fine hair other brands will be fine.
