I bought 2 of these bracelets one for the other for my best friend so we can lay our best friend's ashes. He got scratched on the second day and I was so upset. It contains my best friend's ashes so I had to take it out and order another bracelet. The worst thing was that the first support rep offered me a refund of about $5. I was so offended that I explained it was supposed to be a strong ash bracelet. How insensitive you could be. Then the supervisor gave me back my money for 1 bracelet. Still don't think they got the sentimental side of it. Very disappointed. My other BFF bracelet is broken too,
