I ordered these from Amazon and the velcro that came to fasten didn't feel very strong to hold my toes in such a way that the foot sags I wrote contacted support service and received a new mount within 2 days and the new one works fine. I wish they had used a pop up buckle with an adjustable strap to hold the toes. But velcro works for its intended purpose, you just have to deal with velcro and the problems that come with it after a while. The compression part works surprisingly well. My legs sag and my feet swell a lot and this brace helps a lot to keep my feet from swelling in my feet as it happens. Even with initial difficulties with the first brace, I still recommend this brace for people who want to tighten their toes and reduce foot swelling. Excellent customer service
