They are GREAT for Toe Spacing Therapy training.
Which says a lot. My toes are probably average for a 6 foot man. They don't hurt - they don't cut off circulation like a fully closed circuit gel. Ooooo! And with a little practice, they're easy to put on. But they will screw up with Cattywhompus, which isn't the best. Maybe if they were 50% thicker. But good deal. UPDATE: I doubled them and they work great - and not too greasy. Then I cut the left and right half loops. This effectively spreads my three right toes and... I can wear flip flops! They even look kinda cool!
