Bought this label printer to replace its almost identical predecessor. I thought the original was a very good label maker, but with one distinct flaw: the cutter that separates the printed label from its spool broke, leaving no other way to remove the printed label than over each time Pull out one inch of unused label tape. a label is created. I have now disassembled the broken machine to see why it is drilling and found that the poorly unfinished plastic "cutting arm" was broken. (By the way, I also had a third DYMO label printer a few years ago, and its cutter also broke.) With that in mind, I'm hoping the company's acquisition of DYMO's "3rd Times a Charm" label printer will increase concern for this supervision. And will replace broken label cutters on their label products. That glaring flaw aside, this is again a good little label maker.
