I still like this rose water. I bought another brand that smelled so bad I ended up throwing it down the drain. This one actually smells like roses and it's a scent that doesn't stick with you. I use it on my face but it's good for my hair too. This is a rose water that I will continue to buy and highly recommend. UPDATE 6/18/18 This is my favorite post cleansing product. I've tried others and keep coming back to this one. I use it after washing my face and then apply a moisturizer and sometimes natural oils. This is a product that I will continue to buy because of the cleanliness and the results I see on my face. UPDATE 7/8/18: So far I'm still loving this rosewater. I use it after washing my face and before applying moisturizers or oils. What I learned through my research: - Rose water helps maintain skin's pH balance and also controls excess sebum. - Rose water has anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce the redness of irritated skin, get rid of acne, dermatitis and eczema. It is an excellent cleanser that helps remove oil and dirt that has accumulated in clogged pores. Rose water helps to moisturize, revitalize and hydrate the skin, leaving it looking fresh. - Due to its antibacterial properties, rose water also promotes the healing of scars, cuts and wounds. - The antioxidant properties of rose water help strengthen skin cells and repair skin tissues. - Due to its astringent properties, rose water helps unclog pores and tighten the skin. Applying rose water after steaming will constrict the capillaries, reduce redness and blemishes. - They say that the scent of roses greatly improves mood. It relieves you of anxiety and promotes emotional well-being, making you feel more relaxed, and this one really does smell like roses. - It also helps aging skin by preventing fine lines and wrinkles.
