I want to try again because I love this keyboard. It's a good weight and quite attractive. It definitely doesn't feel cheap. However, my experience was poor from the start and it remains so. It all started with the battery looking like it was full according to the instructions, but I suspect the battery is bad because it's charging despite being off all night. It connected to the wrong channel even though I very consciously pressed channel 1. It was on channel 3 by default. It then continued to send nonsense to my computer while I tested it, with some keys not working at all, working intermittently, or in combination with other keys not even being pressed - some on opposite ends of the keyboard . After more than 12 hours of waiting, I lost the ability to change channels. I was never able to adjust the brightness or color of the LED, it always muted and automatically increased the screen brightness. I also really have to push the plug to get it to charge. Also, the price was increased just before I bought it, so I'm really pissed about that. On the plus side, it's very quiet and fun to type on. The key travel is excellent, pressing it is very pleasant. Unfortunately I can't use it as it's almost completely non-functional now. The only reason I'm not returning it is because I sterilized it after originally pairing it with my laptop. I've never had a keyboard or controller [that's cheaper] that behaves like this after a thorough cleaning, but I have to pay for it. I doubt if I'll burn another $40 buying them again just to see if it's not my fault, or if I'll try another brand instead. For $40, however, I'd expect some sort of spill protection in the event that a small amount of medical alcohol accidentally gets inside - as long as it's turned off and given enough time for the trace amount to fully evaporate before first use. But I'm being honest, so I'm not sending it back. Such a shame.
