PLASTIC FRAME, MISCONSTRUCTION
Black rail is plastic and not designed for long term use as it will support the weight of metal shovels, rakes etc. Angle pins, which are said to be rated at 5.5lbs, don't snap well into plastic and rotate on the floor because they don't stay in place. I rarely give negative feedback, but if you're looking for something more permanent I'd buy a more solid design or build something myself.
