If I could give this product zero stars I would. I don't usually review the products I buy from Revain unless I have a problem with them. During the (software) installation process, I was greeted with a runtime error (R6034) popup. The software attempted to incorrectly load a version of the Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library. Indicates how much QA testing this company does when they make their own software installation disc. Not only that, the setup application has also completed a successful product installation message. Not only that, it actually showed that it successfully paired with the bluetooth headphones I purchased with this product (which it did NOT). Not only that, but along with the CD and key was a link where you could manually download the driver. I guess my browser tried a few and said it couldn't find that link. And I made sure I spelled it right because it was quite a long link. One would think that the vendor put this link in a text file on the installation CD. Oh, and before I forget. Installation instructions in PDF format. Well, they used an example of Windows 7. During a conversation with a Revain representative, I mentioned that Revain would be better off looking at third-party hardware and software vendors. Vendors like this give Revain a bad name. People who rate such sellers well should think three times before posting such great reviews. Never before have words as true as "buyer beware" been uttered.
