Screws will rust after 3 weeks

The screws for this product started to close after 2-3 rust weeks. Also one of the lights on the switch that you can use to see if the switch is on blew out after 1 week. looks like they are sending you stainless steel screws for a product they know will be used outside in a humid environment.
