Not very bright, they are not visible at all during the day.

I was really hoping they would work but on a sunny day they are not visible at all. They're about as bright as your daytime brake lights. They get better at night, but generally you would never need them for anything other than toys or accent lighting. Completely useless, like any kind of emergency lighting. After testing, I returned them before installation.
