Comfortable, with a pad that keeps the device in place. However, there are problems with the seams.
There is a lot to like about this product. It's comfortable, looks good, and the handles on the back keep the pillow in place. However, the polyester filling came out of the seams on one of the pillows. (see photo). It should not be. Rather than returning this pillow, I used some Gorilla Glue (gel) to keep the polyester from leaking out of the union. (It worked).
