if you rub it on your hands or feet from the needles you get. it works

So this balm should be a foot balm yes. That. but it's SO GOOD for other things if you have the courage have someone rub it against your back or rub your hands or feet to ease the pain you're in. It works, the smell is a bit strong but sweet, it's a bit like tiger balm but more lavender and chamomile than eucalyptus. It's a little greasy, but it's not unmanageable. I'll definitely keep that in my "bag of tricks".
