Review on ProductionPro by Rob Parsons

The ability for us as an artistic team to easily share our work with other members of my department is something I love about this system! Having all production information in one place makes it easy to have open communication between myself and others within the group. It's not perfect; there are some things that could use improvement upon (like making sure you can upload more than 5 files at once). However, if you're looking into having better organization among multiple departments, then definitely look into using Production Pro Software because its ease-of-use will help keep everyone happy during set ups/takes. Our workflow was very disorganized before we started utilizing this software - especially when adding new people onto productions. This allows me to quickly access any needed materials without having to search through several folders or emailing back & forth with someone else who may no longer even be working on said project.
