The image quality is excellent, the dashcam is fairly easy to use and overall I'm very happy with it (especially for the price! I just couldn't give it a go one star for two minor issues (below, considering the price of this system). I connected the app to my phone and can now see the house when I'm not around. Customer service is top notch. I had the hiccups, my own fault, and they emailed me quickly to clarify.I sent photos of my questions,they sent replies.Got me up and running quickly!Installation:Mostly simple except the camera assembly has rotation issues.There are two screws holding the barrel keep in place and prevent the angle of view can be easily adjusted after installation (see picture).But this screw en loosen and twist the barrel, tighten again and it really works; it's just not just at the top of the stairs. Cables: The length of the cables was great - I had no problem getting them anywhere I needed them. But the cable connectors have different lengths (see picture). A little OCD, sure, but try putting them in duct tape or outer tape and you'll have a chunk.
