I had to order these twice. The mail service either lost them or gave them to someone else and none of my neighbors responded to my post requesting the return. Either way, the seller immediately responded to my inquiry for more tracking details and offered a refund right away if we didn'tfind them. I finally got the second order, earlier than they estimated, so they came in time for Christmas! They are very well made, thick and bigger than I anticipated.
