Do not use on hardwood!
Recording is a job for two! I put it in around 8am and when the movers arrived at 2am the first thing he told me was that I would tear it all down as that would require finishing your new floor. Luckily I listened to it and it left sticky marks that are not easy to remove. This works well on carpets, but I don't suggest this for hardwood floors.
