I bought these mainly for my kids and they definitely suit their thick to medium hair but not mine. I was hoping to snag a few of these to use, but they don't really offer the stretch needed for double tape twisting, which is comfortable to wear on the styles I usually do. I don't have particularly thick hair per se, but I have a lot of it and it's very long. So. This is just a little warning for long haired people who have a lot of strands and plan to put ties around their hair in styles other than a ponytail/layer of hair thickness. You will most likely need a wider band. For everyone else it's quality and I'm still glad I bought these for my kids.
