The screws that come with this product are the wrong size to attach metal brackets to wood and brackets to the wall. The rope they use to weave the hammock prevents the brackets from sitting flush. As a result, the screws are not long enough to attach the brackets to the hammock. I had to use my own screws to fix this problem. A wall screw would have been ok, but the wall plugs that came with it were the wrong size. They were too big and the holes I made in my wall no longer fit the smaller dowels. I am angry. Now I'll probably have to fill those holes and figure out how to install it somewhere else with my own hardware.
