They are the same shape as the oil filters, but in my experience the tolerances were so loose that they were useless. They are die cut, the edges are not flat and not parallel. I had to send them back. I've only tried two sizes, both are small for motorcycles. A larger one with more tolerance might have worked. In the end I had to walk on brick and mortar.
