Review on 🎨 TECKWRAP Silver Chrome Self-Adhesive Craft Vinyl Roll, 1ft x 5ft by Amber Perez

First of all, I'm writing this review from the perspective of the vinyl wrap, not the Arts & Craft Cricut perspective. In terms of adhesion, flex and finish, this vinyl is AWESOME when you know what you're doing. A NOTICE. If this is your first time packaging I would avoid chrome foils as they can be a bit temperamental and finicky. When I asked the question they told me it was silver chrome but it wasn't. It's DARK GRAY chrome - almost black, but not quite. THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN WORKING WITH THIS MATERIAL: (My vinyl experience: very picky amateur)1. This film is VERY heat sensitive. It seems less than the second type of reactive. (RE: heat gun, not a hair dryer) 2. This film is VERY stretchy so you don't need to heat much at all. I only used heat to smooth out some tucks/creases as a final step. I was able to easily stretch the 1.75 inch wide, 2mm thick inner coil of the ring 180 degrees3. The dry adhesion of this material is VERY HIGH, which means once it touches your surface it will stick there. Of course, if you use a wetting agent, you can move it around. 4. YOU MUST REMOVE THE PROTECTIVE LAYER *BEFORE* ATTEMPTING TO SHAPING ON SLOPES! Once you remove this material, it can be shaped and shaped - a dream come true. Of course, any reviewers who say this material is difficult to mold don't remove the protective film first. I noticed that it easily spoils the coating. It's not noticeable, but up close you'll notice that the fairing has streaks/stretch marks where you peeled it off, an extra role if you need to redo some spots. mental stuff that takes a few rounds to feel. My first piece was wrapped very lightly, but I'm also very picky and had to wrap the second piece twice to get the perfect finish.
