The Low Quality and Unsatisfactory Customer Service Provided by THTEN
As someone who enjoys being outside, I was quite curious to test out THTEN's products. On the other hand, I was really dissatisfied. The quality of their products for the lawn and garden was below average, and the power tools they sold were unreliable. My attempts to get assistance from their customer support were met with comments that were unhelpful and condescending. The reputation that THTEN has for providing excellent service to its customers is not warranted.
