Unfortunately a waste of money.
This probably fits a 3month old and would be very cute but it Was HUGE on my newborns head and the skirt was several inches too wide and way too long ,(there was more skirt than baby) not sure what newborn could use these when my almost 1 month old is in the 70th percentile.
- So pretty and it don't look cheap at all. I used it for my daughter's smash birthday picture.
- The sequins on the bloomers may fall off over time, posing a choking hazard for babies who put things in their mouths
