Package opened, everything connected in order. Power cable and USB and the drive plugged in. The LEDs lit and everything. The disk spun and everything looked right. Nothing on my Windows 10 machine. After trying several options, connecting and reconnecting etc. nothing. Frustrated and ready to send it back, I replaced the USB cable with the spare cable I had. It recognized my drives and everything is fine. Western Digital, Seagate and Maxtor drives read flawlessly. I haven't tried the clone feature yet. Will be updated if problems arise. Just wanted to mention this as it seems others have had a similar issue. Good concept and device, cheap cable.
