This is a BEAUTIFUL product. The craftsmanship is second to none and the case is soft to the touch. This is where the good ends. I have a card in each slot which now means it doesn't fully cover the front part of the wallet. I have less than $2 in change, but this makes the change department so unwieldy that I have to close the departments. Besides, the zippered section for the change pocket will not lengthen the wallet, so the change will fall out accidentally! I love the looks and the craftsmanship so much I almost got around these flaws, but the only thing I was looking for in a phone case was a strap. I want to be able to use the wallet as a generic wallet replacement. Not only was the strap ridiculously flimsy and ugly, but whatever my ENTIRE family does, we still can't figure out how to fasten it! The answer in the Q&A didn't help and there was only 3 seconds in the video showing the strap attached but not how they got it. To top it off, I was pleasantly surprised that my new case for my iPhone 11 came with a free screen protector. for iPhone 6.1. I've been told that this is a company that offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee so I have my fingers crossed that they will contact me and help me make it right because I want to love this product. but not like this. :(
