The ease with which one can see their visitors' paths through an application is something that sets this product above all others I've seen so far! Also it's very easy to use even for those who aren't familiarized by other tools like Google Analytics or MixPanel (my previous solutions).

You will not regret spending some money here as long they continue working hard providing updates every month :D As said before there are many features available but still everything works perfectly fine without any problems reported yet from my side :) Definitely try them out if what we need now when analyzing our users/visitors stats then nothing else beats these guys right away ;) Try using different reports too because sometimes specific type helps me identify where exactly problem lies within page flow etc..
