It is impossible to use, a bad product.

I purchased a pair of JBL Live500 BT headphones a little over a year ago. Less than a year later, my ear cushions tore, and the tears broke through in a very strange way, as if they had lagged behind the base of the bowls themselves. This happened less than a year after the bowls were first repaired (well, okay, they torn and torn). After that, dances accompanied by tambourines started, but in what sense? The service centers that are located in St. Petersburg either do not answer the phone for no apparent reason or I discover that they do not operate at all at the addresses that were provided. In response to my inquiry (which I had to ask for the 25th time before I was finally able to reach one of the service centers), they informed me that they were able to place an order for something, but the only information they provided was the number of times they had placed an order but received nothing in return. That is to say, no one is able to help me fix my headphones. When I phoned Harman, a young man answered the phone and kindly informed me that all of their service centers "turn out to be functional." He then suggested that I get the ear pads on eBay or some other website and install them on my own. They provide official confirmation that they will not be responding to the letter. You can get one that is shorter, but it cannot be altered in any way. All things considered, I will never do business with this firm again!
