Review on Wind & Water-Resistant Medium Weight Puffer Jacket For Baby Girls & Toddlers - The Children'S Place by Wendy Moore

I got this coat because I thought we had the same one - bought at an outlet last year at the Children's Place.The "puff" in this one seems much lighter, which makes me wonder how warm it is and unlike in the description - it is not water resistant. How can I tell? From my 2 year old's drool, which seeps right in!This was warn twice and I've avoided using it on a rainy day, in favor of a warmer coat which is not water resistant either, but the material (wool-like) does not get nearly as soaked.A decent coat for sunny winter days.
