When I connected it to an undercharged battery with auto-charge enabled, after about 1.5 hours my battery showed up to about 64% of its capacity. When I switched it to manual loading, it showed the capacity was around 40%. This was done on several undercharged batteries. So I tried it with batteries in my cars that I knew were working properly and charged properly. Again, there were two different readings for auto and manual loading, and the difference was quite large, not just a few percentage points. The guide is poorly written and only covers the basics. It doesn't cover what the readings mean.
