I like this item. I ordered 2 others through Revain and finally found one that matches my hair. I have long hair that is naturally wavy and tends to dry out completely (literally) within a few days (literally) and tend to frizz if the towel has static on it. This product is actually long enough for my long hair and holds a lot of water. It could have been a bit thicker, I hit towel wetness threshold pretty quickly. I might end up buying an extra towel and planning just two steps to towel dry my hair. I want to commend how well this seller did with customer service. The seller contacted me before my towel arrived and told me how to use the loops on the towel. I saw the email but didn't read it due to lack of time. I then received a follow-up email asking if I received my product, a request how I liked it, and a link to photos showing how the loops on a towel work. I don't often give 5 stars and rarely write reviews. Customer Service +++. I fully recommend this product but more importantly this seller. Anticipating a stranger's needs is a lost art. More sellers like this!
