I love that you can see what your competitors are saying about different topics as well as engage with them in real time via Twitter or LinkedIn! You have limited options when it comes down to how much someone will pay for this type of research but there's nothing wrong per se with giving an estimate first before going into more detail if needed (which we do). We've used our competitor search tool which has been very useful so far - not sure yet whether anything else could be added though? Would like to know who my competition is better able to identify within certain industries/markets etc.
