Really impressed! I bought this for my Christmas baking this year. I needed even, identical squares, and this helped. I read a review that said it's thin so I was a bit hesitant but after using this product I'm happy with my purchase. I wouldn't use it for something thick or gooey like fudge, but I'm pretty sure it's not even meant for that. This is for pasta, dough and the like. I definitely recommend this to everyone.
