This valve is used to keep the floor temperature at a lower temperature.

I didn't know if this would work but I found that by connecting the supply to the inlet of the heat exchanger and the cold valve I had no pressure drop allowing the valve to work. There seems to be enough current. Hope this will be helpful.

Simply set the water heater to a higher temperature and the thermostatic mixing valve to a safe temperature of around 120°F. With these settings, the valve draws less hot water from your boiler!
