Extra small for kids and toddlers

I ordered this for my 8 year old girl, she is very small so I ordered her a 6-7 year old size. The skirt does not fully reach the priests and is translucent. Like the skirt, these are strips of fabric, not a single piece. I am so dissatisfied with this product that I can't order a new one for Halloween. She also has to wear long sleeves and definitely pants, which is annoying. Too small and my daughter currently fits into regular 6-7 year old clothes.
