Review on MATNIKS by Kevin Nelson

I went to Matniks and purchased a pipe fitting, but when I got it home, it didn't work with my pipe! The customer support was of no assistance, and they did not even offer an apology for the trouble they caused me. I couldn't locate what I needed online, so I had to go to a physical store instead, which ended up costing me twice as much. I won't be going back to Matniks, and I strongly suggest that you stay away from there as well. Their tools are not worth the amount of difficulty that they cause.
