Great product with a few installation and locking issues. Bought a pair of these and arrived with no problems but no instructions on where or how to mount. Thank god for youtube. In the shaft, mount the installation frame flush with the bed and drill through the inner wall of the bed with self-tapping screws. You will need to remove the two corner brackets near the tailgate. For the Tundra 2017. I can't say anything about other years of manufacture or manufacturers. Also both boxes came with the same key but with different keys. It kinda sucks, I'd rather have the same buttons. I take it to a local locksmith and he changes a key and makes a spare key. Otherwise it would be 5 stars all along the line. Took 15 minutes to install when I found out this was a placement. It took an hour of research and using big clap to make sure placement was perfect and watching on YouTube. They intentionally do not contain instructions as they are listed on the Revain page where you purchased them, next to the feedback section on the Revain page.
