I ended up using them for PC geeks (don't ask) on 12V. First tried with 5 volts, then with 9 volts. It glows fairly brightly at any voltage. At 12v the light is pretty bright but if you stick one of the stickers on it (which seems to stick really well) it's the perfect brightness. Most of you will use this for vehicles/boats. They can be used for almost anything! Remember, volts don't matter. The strength of the current does. Not sure why they don't list it, but I suspect up to 15 amps should be fine.
