This product is a pair of Y-RCA cables, ie a male connector that splits into two female connectors. The pins on a Y-cable are red, the others are white. The length is about a foot including the connectors. I recently installed an FM transmitter - one that plugs directly into the radio's antenna wires - in my car, along with a 3.5mm audio jack in the center console. To input the i Cinch FM station, I chose this splitter. One 3.5mm plug connects to one RCA cable, the other 3.5mm plug to another. It works as well as it can. The cables are flexible, the contacts are of high quality and the plugs are tight. The sound quality is absolutely indistinguishable from direct playback, even without volume loss. The size of the connector is reasonable, which is important to me given the limitations of placing the device in car panels. I recommend.
