The case didn't fit. I noticed that the plastic case had a second sticker with the model number on top of the first. Maybe that's the problem, I like the rose so much I thought I'd take the blue one but with the apple translucent I've tried several times to put the lid on but it doesn't stay in place and I've noticed that the "clips" don't fit properly. Actually the socket was perfect, it could fully open the computer and the sides were open so there was room for adapters in the new ports. What a disappointment, the apple doesn't shine through either. Not sure why, blue will do it differently.
