Let me start by saying that my boys and foster families LOVE these beds. I have a wish list for my hospice girl and one of our friends chose this bed for her. (Rainbow tie dye has a special meaning to us) and I was surprised when it arrived and didn't look like the pictures. In the photos it looks like fleece, but it is not. I don't know what the material is actually called to describe it, but it's thin and very soft. My boys stole it from my hospice child so I ended up ordering a second one so they can have theirs. As many other reviews have said, it doesn't shed like the pictures on the internet as shown on the bed to the left. The right bed looks fuller here because they are both lying in it. I wish it was as full as the pictures show so it will last longer but if they don't destroy it I'll probably just cut a hole in the bottom. and add stuffing when it starts to fail. All in all all the puppies are happy so I'd say money well spent but the false advertising is disappointing.
