This skirt is incredibly fluffy and short. Luckily I wore it under the suit otherwise the bum would have been the main part of my suit. I only cut off the top and bottom layers to tone it down a bit and it fits perfectly under my skirt. Thick elastic ensures a comfortable fit at the waist. Also, my little daughter will be able to wear it again for her Christmas elf costume. Ladies, this skirt looks like the jeans in The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. One size really does fit all.
