After reading the description of this item, I realized that these will be quite powerful fans, and that they will also be able to feel the air blowing, not so much. I needed a large laptop cooler to keep my laptop cool. This laptop is over 20 years old. I installed Windows 10 and it has worked great all these years since it was a laptop that I built as a gaming PC. It often gets hot and you can hear the fans running at full speed. This cooler keeps it cool most of the time, but I can still hear my laptop's fans turning on from time to time. Limiting the rotary fan to radiator fans isn't very practical, but it helps more than my previous radiator.
