Having this software allows us to have all our information in one place - so it is easier to keep track of everything! I dislike that when we are using different computers (at work) or phones/tablets sometimes there can be problems logging into the system or getting updates from emails sent by the airline.

Make sure you use the correct email address and make sure your details are up-to date before registering as they do not allow changes after registration. We use this software at my current workplace which provides me access to all my customer data in one place, along with other staff members. It's great having all our contact details in one spot and being able to easily update them if necessary.
