I bought these pans to roast turkey breast in. I've used one before. It worked very well. The pan has withstood the heat of a charcoal grill, but you must be careful to support it underneath when removing it from the grill. I tried to pick it up from the side and lost some of the grilled turkey juice. I think they work great in the oven as long as you support the bottom when you take it out of the oven.
