By the way, you can use PCIEx4 adapter if your MB don't have m.2 slot. I bought it consciously because it was HP. I saw the connector on my MB but HP didn't seem to know if it was compatible. I bought this one because it was the cheapest HP m.2 NVMe and I wanted to minimize the monetary risk. It works well in the HP Slimline 270 p033w that I installed it in. I'm happy with that, just a shame (20-20 in hindsight) I bought a larger capacity although it was fine for my use (Linux doesn't bloat your system like Win 10). The Slimline 270 I have probably can't tell the difference in performance between this drive and the Samsung, but my wallet can.
