I got it in the mail today and used it right away. I wanted to see if it really wasn't a stick, so I didn't use cooking spray. Guess what? The brownies were not sticky at all. It really doesn't stick. The only thing I did wrong was grabbing my metal cake lifter to pull them out and scratched it in a couple of places so make sure you use plastic or wooden utensils or just flip the cakes. There was no indication of a bake time so I baked the brownie mix at 350 for 30 minutes and they came out perfect. Cleaning was very easy. I love this pan.
