The product is worse than ever, disappointed with the purchase.

They are like a layer, they are not responsible for anything. Even getting the seller's contacts is not possible. If possible, you need to buy directly from the seller. Then you can make a decision. I thought I saved money by attaching "PROMOCODE". and at the time of receipt, the price has become a THOUSAND RUBLES less. That's all the savings.
