I used to give a bad review for this product because it broke on the second day but the seller sent me another one to try and I have to say it works great blows enough air to get a good night sleep its easy to use and the customer support has been the best. I am now very happy to own it and have given up my big fan. For me the sound is good for sleeping, it's somewhere between silence and noise, on the highest setting it's just loud enough for me to sleep but not as loud as my big fan and on the lowest setting it's very quiet .
