I ordered a set with 3 colors and 1 black cartridge. The first 2 colors and black worked well. However, the magenta was defective right away, the ink got everywhere (hands, printer, packaging). Pages are printed all over with red spots - see photo. Contacted twice. The first time they responded immediately, asking for clarification. I replied with information and pictures of the problems but received no response. The second attempt went unanswered. Can't return because I used different colors. Update: The seller contacted me to resolve this issue and asked me to change the rating. They promised to send a new cartridge but they never replied to my numerous letters and the cartridge was never sent. Not sure if there is a technical issue with the email system causing them not to receive messages or if this was intentional. I just want to swap but can't get it :-(
